Organisational values are typically created by senior leadership. Employees and teams can often struggle to find authentic connection with the organisational values and make best use of them in their day to day work. This workshop takes an inside-out approach to values, to help individuals articulate their personal values and identify alignment with organisational values. Working with whole teams, we facilitate discussion on how personal values contribute to collectively navigating challenges and realising team outcomes.
This workshop is for organisations and teams who want to build an authentically values driven culture.
