Coaching process
Kendal’s approach is founded on curiosity, intuitive listening and creativity. She brings an analytical, yet philosophical approach to her engagements and is future focused, with a strong growth mindset.
Kendal collaborates with clients as a “thinking partner” as they work through their present-day challenges to increase their contribution and impact, moving themselves and their teams toward flourishing.
Kendal employs a combination of deep listening, observation and reflection with clients to explore, question and understand their development areas, collaborating with them to uncover and interrogate preconceptions; deepen their understanding of self and others; and expand their perspective to foster improved outcomes.
Witnessing the transformation of clients who take ownership of their professional and personal growth is the ultimate reward of her work.
Coaching achievements and results
Kendal works across all levels of organisations from emerging leaders through to senior executives. She works with single issue one off sessions, through to 3, 6 and 12 month programs dependent upon client needs.
