The Inside-Out Leadership program is designed for established leaders seeking to deepen self-awareness, enhance team performance, and lead with greater impact.
Module 1: Leadership from Within offers a reflective exploration of leadership identity, values, and mindset, helping experienced leaders align their personal leadership style with evolving organisational demands. Tools like DiSC and MBTI support refined self-understanding, while core leadership practices—communication, feedback, delegation, and strategic focus—are reinforced for continued excellence.
Module 2: Building a High-Performance Team equips leaders with strategies to strengthen team cohesion, build trust, and drive results. Frameworks such as Lencioni’s 5 dysfunctions of an effective team and the GROW coaching model enable leaders to empower others, align goals, and foster psychological safety.
Module 3: Awareness to Action – Coaching offers optional post-program coaching, providing targeted support and accountability.

This program can be customised and adjusted to support half-day, full-day or two-day sessions.
