Overview
The Foundations of Frontline Leadership program provides new leaders and high potential team members with the opportunity to develop and apply critical leader skills, behaviours and knowledge that will assist them in transitioning effectively into their leadership role.
The Foundations Program is split into three modules – Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Teams.
Each module consists of face to face sessions that use collaborative and experiential learning activities.
