Professional background
Alistair is a registered psychologist with over 30 years’ experience as a counsellor, coach and facilitator. His leadership experience has included the management of a large corporate Psychology practice and his own consulting business for over 15 years.
Coaching process
Alistair was the primary coach on a large scale coaching project for Western Power. In this role, he conducted over 70 360-degree feedback debriefs and coaching sessions with the aim of formulating leadership development plans for frontline leaders and second tier coordinators. Results of this project were outstanding resulting in significant personal and professional growth across the cohort.
