This workshop calls on participants to embrace the reality that we are living and working in wicked, interconnected times. Thriving sustainably requires not only individual resilience but also a cohesive, collaborative approach where teams work together to turn policy and plans into action. Like threads in a tapestry, each person brings unique expertise, but the true strength emerges when we weave these strands into a larger, interconnected whole. Today’s challenges cannot be solved in isolation; they demand adaptive expertise, curiosity and a willingness to pivot. This means moving beyond “having the answers” to enabling dialogue, embracing paradox and building trust through vulnerability. Leadership in complexity is less about control and more about connection: power within, to and with others. By cultivating a paradox mindset and leaning into uncertainty, this workshop helps participants to unlock creativity, resilience and the collective intelligence needed to thrive in their teams and workplaces.
