Feedback is one of the most powerful tools leaders have to inspire growth, strengthen trust, and drive improvement, yet it can often feel uncomfortable or challenging. Making Feedback Conversations Count is a practical, interactive workshop designed for team leaders who want to give and receive feedback with confidence, clarity and impact. Over two hours, participants will explore the difference between praise and feedback, discover strengths-based approaches and practice techniques that build trust, respect and professional growth. Through reflection, dialogue and perspective-taking activities, leaders will learn to step into the shoes of others, adapt their communication and create safe, constructive conversations that spark change rather than resistance. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical strategies to shift from “difficult conversations” to powerful professional dialogues that build relationships, unlock potential and lead to meaningful improvement in their teams and organisations.
