This half-day PRINT® workshop gives teams a practical and engaging introduction to their unique PRINT profiles, uncovering the Unconscious Motivators that drive both their Best Self and Shadow behaviours. Through interactive activities and group reflection, participants learn to recognise their own patterns, appreciate the motivators of their colleagues, and explore how these differences shape team dynamics.
The session equips the team with strategies to stay in Best Self more often, reduce Shadow behaviours, and build shared commitments that strengthen trust, collaboration, and performance.
