2.5 hours
Effective stakeholder engagement is essential for successful projects, initiatives, and organisational outcomes. This 2.5-hour workshop equips participants with practical strategies to build strong stakeholder relationships by consulting effectively, clarifying expectations and fostering shared ownership. Participants will explore how to engage stakeholders early, ask the right questions and create meaningful two-way dialogue that surfaces diverse perspectives. The session emphasises the power of reciprocity - ensuring engagement is not just about gaining support, but also about creating mutual value that strengthens trust and commitment. Participants will learn techniques for managing complex or competing interests, clarifying roles and responsibilities and positioning themselves as credible partners. By the end of the workshop, leaders and team members will be equipped to strengthen collaboration, balance priorities with stakeholder needs and cultivate ownership of outcomes that drive long-term success.
