2 hours
High-performing teams don’t happen by accident. They are built through trust, collaboration and clarity of roles. This 2-hour, highly interactive session is designed to immerse participants in rich, challenging and fun activities that foster team cohesion, communication and shared accountability. Through hands-on exercises, team members explore their individual strengths, understand their role within the team and recognise how their contribution drives collective success. Activities are designed to challenge assumptions, encourage problem-solving and highlight interdependencies, while reflection and discussion allow teams to extract actionable insights. Participants will experience first-hand how effective collaboration, perspective-taking and mutual support lead to enhanced performance and engagement. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, embed high-performing behaviours in daily practice and elevate the overall capability and cohesion of their team.
