Presenting with impact is both an art and a skill. This 2.5-hour workshop immerses participants in a dynamic, interactive environment where they develop the confidence, clarity and creativity to engage any audience. Through a series of rich, fun and challenging activities, participants will explore the essentials of compelling presentations, including storytelling, body language, voice modulation, slide design and audience connection. The session emphasises hands-on learning, giving participants opportunities to practice mini-presentations, receive constructive feedback and experiment with innovative ways to communicate ideas. By blending individual exercises with collaborative challenges, the workshop fosters an understanding of how to craft messages that resonate, maintain attention and inspire action. Participants will leave with practical tools, actionable insights and heightened self-awareness to approach any presentation with poise, purpose and presence, ready to confidently communicate in professional and personal settings.

Previously, as National Education Lead for an international consultancy, Nikki led large-scale, system-wide education, training, and capability uplift initiatives across Australia. She also held leadership roles within the Victorian government and education system, where she led online learning strategy, curriculum development, wellbeing, and literacy support. She currently serves as a Director on a Victorian government board.
Alongside her practice, Nikki is an accomplished researcher and writer with a Masters by Research, and has been commissioned by high-profile organisations including the Australian Emergency Management Institute, Australian Institute of Disaster Resilience, National Australia Day Council, Microsoft Australia and Asia Pacific, Education Services Australia, Australian Centre for the Moving Image, ACARA, VCAA, DE Victoria and NT, the Asia Education Foundation, nbn co., and the Red Cross.
