2 days
This highly interactive program is designed to help leaders strengthen their emotional intelligence (EI) and apply it directly to their leadership practice. Across two immersive days, participants will engage in a blend of experiential activities, structured games, and realistic workplace scenarios, ensuring that EI concepts are not only understood but actively practised in contexts that mirror the challenges of people leadership.
The program explores four core competencies of EI—self-awareness, awareness of others, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation—through dynamic exercises tailored for real-world leadership. Games and scenario-based challenges create opportunities to practise recognising emotions, managing responses under pressure, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics in a safe but engaging environment.
Leaders will also engage in reflective activities, gaining insight into their own emotional triggers, relational patterns, and the impact they have on others. Paired discussions and small-group dialogues provide space to test ideas, share perspectives, and receive feedback.
This workshop is for leaders at all levels of the organisation. Most leaders are promoted for their technical skills yet the skills of leadership are largely interpersonal. Emotional Intelligence competencies are therefore vital for leaders to be effective.
During the program, handouts, activities, and small game prizes will be provided.
Following the program, participants will receive summary notes by email, including any additional resources shared or discussed during the session.
Just a pen and paper will be needed for the program
