If there’s one practice that can transform your leadership impact, it’s the One-on-One meeting—no contest. These conversations are the engine room of engagement, empowerment, alignment, accountability, and growth. Yet, far too many leaders either neglect them entirely or start with good intentions, only to let them fade away over time.
This workshop equips leaders to harness the full power of One-on-Ones—turning them into dynamic, high-value conversations that drive performance and connection. Participants will gain practical strategies to maximise their impact, while their team members will also benefit from stronger support, clearer direction, and accelerated development. If there's only one leadership strategy you implement this year - One on One meetings should be it!
Whether you’re a seasoned leader looking for efficient strategies to build greater impact, or an emerging leader wanting to establish highly effective strategies from the outset, this program is for you.
Participants will receive a workshop booklet containing key concepts, tools and a one on one template
