Underpinned by formal study in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing, Mindfulness, and coaching, is her almost two decades of practical experience in training and coaching a diverse range of clients both Nationally and Internationally.

During her career in strategically transforming cultures, Charlotte has seen the devastating ripple effect workplace psychosocial hazards can have on individuals, their teams, their families, and their communities. Charlotte specialises in supporting leaders and teams, with a specific focus on optimising the social brain to build a culture of care with quality connections and engagement, a protective factor for psychosocial hazards. Through this work, people and workplaces can thrive.

Why psychology? At 16, during a hockey camp, Charlotte discovered her lifelong passion for psychology, improvement, and personal potential with the help of a sports psychologist. Much to the dismay of her husband and children, she's always talking about the importance of wellbeing, and having a growth mindset! At least her clients appreciate it - they always ask her back, so that’s proof, right?!
