As a leadership, management and communication consultant, Dr. Nancy’s passion lies in working with people, inviting them to be cognisant of their presence and impact on themselves and others. She respectfully challenges individuals to scrutinise their biases, fixed mindsets, and leadership, management, and communication approaches. With a keen focus on neuroscience, quality coaching, and mentoring, Dr. Nancy has supported numerous individuals and organisations in their journey toward growth and development.

Dr Nancy is a multi-award winner. In 2025, Dr Nancy was awarded Leadership Consultant of the Year from the Institute for Learning and Performance, Asia Pacific and a finalist in the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative for 2025. In 2024, she was a finalist for the Learning Professional and Learning Consultant of the Year Awards for the Institute of Learning Practitioners for the Asia Pacific Region. In 2022, Dr. Nancy received the ACEL Fellowship Award, and her research was recognised with the WAIER Western Australian Educational Research Award. In 2021, Dr. Nancy was honoured with the ACEL Certificate of Excellence in Educational Leadership, and in 2020, Dr Nancy was awarded the ACEL New Voice Scholarship Award.
