Janet has been working in the field of leadership development and training for 20 years in the UK and is now based in Sydney. She is a qualified and experienced facilitator, trainer and executive coach. She has worked at all company levels across a wide range of blue-chip industries including Renewable Energy, Finance, Telcos, Accounting, Insurance, Facilities Management, Power and Renewables, Insurance, Construction and many others.

She has worked on numerous cultural change programs and brings real experience to support leaders who are leading in times of major and constant change.

Janet is highly empathetic and brings energy and vibrancy to the training room, always with an eye on delivering the best results and getting the learning 'to stick'. She is passionate about a coaching-style centered training, and helping leaders to find their 'coaching muscle'.

She also specializes in supporting leaders to improve their presentational skills, improving their gravitas and impact and helping them to develop their influencing skills. She uses psychometric profiling and a wide range of leadership tools and techniques in her practice. Janet also uses actors to support learning in her programs, designing and delivering engaging tailored actor-based solutions.
