Katie is a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Organisational Development Consultant with experience working in global people and culture roles, predominantly in the resources sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Certificate in Executive and Organisational Coaching, and is currently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

Katie has a corporate background working in both HR Business Partnership and Global Leadership and Culture roles for a large mining company. She is experienced in partnering with leadership teams and individuals in highly complex and dynamic organisations to drive cultural transformation, lead change, and build leadership capability. Her expertise is in the design and delivery of leadership development programs, diversity & inclusion strategy, respect at work initiatives, culture change, and talent management solutions.
