Paul has trained, coached and delivered Keynote presentations for over 10,000 participants in Australia, New Zealand, the Asia Pacific Region, USA, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa.

His diverse experience includes facilitating and coaching team member and leaders at all levels in leadership, management, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, psychological safety, communication skills, resilience, mindfulness, customer experience, change management, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, influence and persuasion.
