Steven has delivered the Pacific Institute program "Investment in Leadership Excellence" over 300 times and in seven countries and has facilitated Leading Self and Others, which incorporates the LSI 360 feedback tool plus personal and leadership development strategies, to over 500 senior leaders.
With Fonterra Steven completed an implementation of a personal development program to 7000 staff in four countries and trained 110 facilitators.
Steven is proud of his work with indigenous teenagers on Tiwi Island, through the Crows and Port Power Indigenous Academies, with indigenous homeless in Port Adelaide and with the indigenous and led Aboriginal Enterprises Australia.

Steven’s first book was published by the AFL and provided to over 2000 junior coaches. He is currently completing a book on leadership, culture and belief based safety.
