I help organisations improve the way they define and deliver software.

As a consultant and facilitator with nearly 30 years experience, I have been involved in the development of a variety of business and engineering software systems. I have successfully completed more than 60 consulting assignments, working with clients in the finance, government, software, mining, insurance and engineering sectors.

I have facilitated more than 10,000 hours of workshop sessions, for clients in Australia, SE Asia, India and Germany, accumulating a wealth of experience facilitating groups with diverse skills, seniority and cultural backgrounds. I can adapt my facilitation style to suit business planning, technical strategy, education and problem solving workshops.

I believe that skills development is a journey, that starts with an awareness of the need for change, and ends when staff have mastered the skills they need. Recognising that attending a workshop may not be enough, I am always ready to provide any individual coaching and support that staff may need, before they truly master a new skill.

I have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a graduate certificate in Professional Writing and Publishing, am a certified Scrum master and have trained as a Group Work Leader.
