Rajesh Mathur

Rajesh is a highly experienced multi-domain and multi-industry Agile coach, trainer and consultant who has focused his career on helping organisations drive valuable and successful outcomes.

Rajesh has a proven track record of delivering complex programs through unconventional ways. He has a passion to assist organisations deliver projects through coaching and mentoring to both individuals and teams. His focus remains on simplifying the process and remove fog (complexity, complication, ambiguity). Rajesh ensures that the participants can apply the learning from his workshops, mentoring and coaching in their work immediately.

Rajesh currently works with Microsoft in their consulting services division as Senior Project Manager. He has previously worked with several world-leading brands in aviation, telco, retail, healthcare and insurance such as Cathay Pacific Airways, Australia Unity, Nokia, Boots Inc etc. He has global experience of living and working in economies such as USA, UK, India, Hong Kong and Australia.
