Justin Cooper is a digital brand marketing and professional development consultant, facilitator, and coach.
Over the last 30 years, Justin has worked in corporate, SME, and Start Up environments, supporting leaders and teams in Australia and internationally.
As a brand marketing expert Justin has managed and consulted on global and SME brands in Australia and the UK.
As a professional development consultant and coach Justin has help leaders and teams to develop leadership, resilience, customer service and team engagement skills.
His work combines deep business experience with innovative mindfulness tools such as guided visualisations, enabling participants to access insights that traditional approaches often miss — and turn them into practical workplace strategies.
Justin is known for his engaging and results-focused workshops, which balance fresh perspective with immediate workplace application.
He has worked with organisations such as Pfizer, SC Johnson, Warner Bros, Helene Curtis (now part of Unilver), and Southcorp Wines, as well as consulting to a range of SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.
Justin holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (Marketing) from the University of Hertfordshire (UK). He is also the author of Marketing is Dead, Long Live Purposing, a book exploring how businesses can align brand with purpose for greater impact.
