With almost 30 years of experience in organisational change, leadership development, and executive coaching, Charlotte has dedicated her career to helping organisations and leaders navigate complex transformation and build sustainable change capability.
Having delivered multiple organisational transformation initiatives globally across mining, government, financial services, and technology sectors, Charlotte combines deep change management expertise with practical coaching skills to drive measurable results. She specialises in developing leadership capability during periods of significant change and helping organisations retain and develop their talent through transition.
Charlotte holds qualifications in Business Studies, Change Management, IT and Management Development and is a certified Agile practitioner. Her science-based approach to leadership development and organisational resilience enables leaders and organisations to thrive in today's rapidly evolving business environment.
Charlotte brings specialised expertise in midlife career transitions and supporting female talent retention, recognising the unique challenges and opportunities that arise during this critical career phase.
