Jade is a business improvement professional who brings together expertise in lean operating practices, project management, continuous improvement, leadership capability and diversity and inclusion coaching.
Leveraging a diverse background from private and public sectors, Jade delivers purposeful and transformational solutions for organisations looking to achieve their objectives through tangible outcomes to achieve long term success.
Jade commenced her improvement career in the mining and resources sector and continued on to deliver and facilitate business improvement throughout the supply chain. Throughout her time in the mining and resources sector, Jade led the implementation of an inclusion and diversity framework that encompassed training, coaching, recruitment and retention strategies and cultural transformation projects. Building on her experience in business improvement, Jade has developed and led multiple capability and coaching programs in conjunction with government programs to reduce youth unemployment.
Having delivered business improvement programs throughout multiple industries, utilising a lean operating framework and change management principles, Jade has developed a passion for supporting teams and organisations to reach their strategic goals.
