2.5 hours
This workshop is designed for public sector professionals, local government leaders, organisational managers and business development teams who have already completed Storytelling for Business Impact 1.0. Building on the foundational knowledge, skills and confidence developed in the first workshop, this session deepens participants’ practice within a supportive, psychologically safe space where they can experiment, role-play and test their thinking. Participants will explore the Hero’s Journey as a powerful storytelling structure, learning how to apply it to craft narratives that resonate with their stakeholders and audiences. Through a mix of theory, practical exercises and peer learning, they will also engage with Perceptual Positioning techniques to strengthen perspective-taking, and refine delivery skills to maximise impact and engagement. By the end of the workshop, participants will be confident and empowered to design and deliver compelling organisational stories that build trust, influence decision-making and drive meaningful outcomes.
Organisational leaders who have already completed Storytelling for Business Impact 1.0.
