Transforming workplace culture through the lens of actor training—using rehearsal room practices to create connection, psychological safety, and purposeful collaboration.
Great cultures don’t happen by accident—they’re rehearsed, refined, and performed every day. In the world of theatre, actors intentionally create ensemble-based environments where trust, presence, and vulnerability are essential. This workshop brings those same techniques into the workplace to help teams examine their current ‘scripts’, rehearse more constructive behaviours, and begin shifting the culture from the inside out.
Through experiential exercises based on acting training, participants will explore the unspoken rules of their culture, practise more conscious ways of relating, and learn how to co-author a healthier, high-performing environment—one scene at a time.
Corporate and government teams, HR leaders, culture/change champions, whole departments experiencing culture fatigue or low engagement.
A Powerpoint will be utilised and participants will be able to access the slideshow after the workshop.
Participants will be provided with a paper workbook.
A pen.
