Widely regarded as the cornerstone of emotional intelligence, self-awareness is essential for leaders aiming to enhance their personal effectiveness, strengthen relationships, and foster both personal and professional growth.
Participants will complete the online Print® Assessment in advance and then experience a comprehensive debrief during the workshop with an accredited Print® Coach.
Through this process, participants will gain valuable insight into their unique Motivational Imprint—the internal drivers that shape their behaviour across both personal and professional contexts. They will explore what enables them to operate at their Best Self and identify the specific Triggers that can lead to unproductive or self-defeating Shadow Behaviours.
Additionally, participants will be equipped with two practical frameworks designed to help them manage triggering situations and consistently show up as their most effective and authentic selves.
This program is designed for anyone seeking to increase their understanding of self, their motivations and why they do what they do!
Participants will undertake the online Print® assessment at the cost of $178 per person (additional to the facilitation cost). This covers the cost of the administration and printing of the "Why of You" report and the additional program handouts and support materials.
Bring along a pen, a highlighter (or two) and a healthy dose of self-reflection and curiosity!
