Emotional Intelligence (EI) underpins everything Lauren does. With over 20 years’ experience as a coach and therapist, she firmly believes that EI skills are fundamental to personal well-being and the ability to communicate with, connect with, and lead others. Lauren helps participants deepen their understanding of EI and equips them with practical strategies to build and strengthen these essential skills.
Lauren is accredited in the Genos Emotional Intelligence Inventory and can integrate either the 180° or 360° feedback tools into her programs. These tools offer participants valuable insights into how others perceive their EI capabilities, fostering greater self-awareness and providing powerful motivation for growth and change.
This workshop is for leaders at any level of the organisation who want to improve their skills of Emotional Intelligence. The workshop does require some self reflection so leaders need to be willing to consider how the concepts apply to themselves.
Following the workshop, Lauren will provide summary notes.
If the client chooses the optional Genos 180 or 360 Degree Report, participants will be provided a hard copy of their report during the program. The Genos debrief will be integrated into the program content.
Paper and pen: Lauren encourages participants to take their own notes throughout the session. She finds this helps participants to stay engaged and apply the concepts to their particular circumstances.
