Overview
Entering into a team lead or supervisor role is an exciting and challenging time. It is often the first step into leadership roles. Helping new leaders understand the changing mindset, behaviours and dynamics they need in their role is essential. Whilst there are many factors that can influence a team’s success, a great leader is certainly one of the most important ones.
In this workshop, participants focus on the transition from team member to team leader. It is often assumed this will come naturally, however, taking on a new leadership role is often challenging and can cause a decrease in self-confidence. The skills and knowledge in this course will set participants up to put their best foot forward.
