Overview
This half-day workshop is designed to inspire and equip participants to connect deeply with the values and beliefs that drive their work and leadership. Grounded in the understanding that clarity of moral purpose fuels resilience, motivation and authentic impact, the workshop provides space for reflection, dialogue and practical application. Through interactive activities and guided exploration, participants will uncover their personal and collective “why,” examining how it shapes their own decision-making, relationships and the capacity to lead with integrity. The program highlights the power of purpose in navigating complexity, sustaining energy and aligning actions with meaningful outcomes. By the end of the session, participants will leave with a sharper sense of their core purpose, strategies to articulate and model it effectively and renewed commitment to making a difference that is both values-driven and future-focused.

About the facilitator
Nikki does meaningful work that makes a difference to her clients, the community, and her own continuous learning.
She partners with organisations to drive transformative change, bringing deep expertise across consulting, organisational leadership, workforce capability, team development, and strategy. Recognised as a dynamic researcher, program designer, facilitator, and communicator, Nikki’s work spans strategic policy design, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, instructional design, and capability uplift—delivering results across multinational corporations, government agencies, non-profits, and small businesses at state, national, and international levels.
Previously, as National Education Lead for an international consultancy, Nikki led large-scale, system-wide education, training, and capability uplift initiatives across Australia. She also held leadership roles within the Victorian government and education system, where she led online learning strategy, curriculum development, wellbeing, and literacy support. She currently serves as a Director on a Victorian government board.
Alongside her practice, Nikki is an accomplished researcher and writer with a Masters by Research, and has been commissioned by high-profile organisations including the Australian Emergency Management Institute, Australian Institute of Disaster Resilience, National Australia Day Council, Microsoft Australia and Asia Pacific, Education Services Australia, Australian Centre for the Moving Image, ACARA, VCAA, DE Victoria and NT, the Asia Education Foundation, nbn co., and the Red Cross.
Nikki is a passionate learning designer, facilitator, and strategic thinker who builds inclusive, evidence-based approaches that empower people, strengthen leadership, and foster meaningful engagement. Known for her ability to connect, collaborate, and innovate, she helps leaders and teams think creatively, act with purpose, and deliver results. She works with empathy, kindness, and a strengths-based approach, ensuring enduring impact for every client.
