Overview
In today’s complex and fast-paced work environments, effective leadership requires more than technical skill—it demands deep self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust and cohesion across diverse teams. This one-day interactive workshop is designed specifically for leaders who want to enhance their leadership impact, reduce team friction, and foster a more collaborative workplace culture.
At the heart of the workshop is PRINT®, a powerful tool that reveals the unconscious motivators that drive our behaviour—both when we’re at our best (Best Self) and when we’re stressed, triggered, or reactive (Shadow Self). Developed by The Paul Hertz Group, PRINT® goes beyond surface-level personality traits and helps leaders understand why they—and others—do what they do. Through exploring your PRINT® profile, you will:
- Gain insight into your personal motivators and behavioural patterns
- Recognize common triggers that lead to ineffective or unproductive behaviour
- Learn strategies to return to your Best Self under pressure

Who is this workshop for
This workshop is for leaders working in complex, high-pressure environments. It is also suitable for teams or cross-functional groups working on shared initiatives or in shared services.
Handouts/materials provided
Prior to the workshop, each participant will be required to complete the PRINT® survey. In addition, a full colour printed copy of each participant's PRINT® report will be provided during the workshop. The cost of the survey and printing is $176 per person (including GST).
Following the workshop, each participant will receive an electronic copy of their report plus a range of complementary handouts to support their ongoing implementation of their learnings.
What to bring
Please bring pens (including highlighters) and paper, as well as the willingness to self reflect and share your insights with fellow participants.
