Overview
5S is often misused and mis-understood as a lean management tool. 5S is a process that if applied correctly with your work teams, will impact positively on safety, efficiency and employee engagement - helping to build on a culture of continuous improvement. 5S for 5S sake is simply not the answer!
This simulation based interactive and engaging workshop focusses on not only what the 5S process is, but how to apply it effectively. Small groups will work together to solve problems and implement 5S based solutions to create a shared understanding of the benefits of 5S and how to ensure its ongoing use.
