It also looks at individual strengths and how these can limit our effectiveness if we overuse them. This day can focus your team on: team communications, dealing with conflict, influencing and persuading, creating stronger working relationships.
Team members will discover their motivational style and how it influences communication; how different personality types prefer to interact and what drives their behaviour, especially during conflict situations. And most importantly, how to flex style to get the best interpersonal and team results. The course is highly interactive and practical.
