The 'Fearless Teams' program develops team Psychological Safety for Health, Safety and Performance. Utilising the licensed 'Fearless Organization Scan' tool, the program includes a series of short sessions to facilitate team discussion, reduce fear and promote voice in teams.
The 'define' level of the program includes a series of short sessions across a 4-6 week period:
1. Leader 1:1 to discover team context and prepare for the team introduction. (30-60mins)
2. Introduce the Fearless organization scan to the team. (60-90mins)
3. Team complete the 'Fearless organization scan. (5mins over a 2 week window)
4. Leader debrief of results and workshop preparation. (30-60mins)
5. Team debrief workshop. (3hrs)
Further optional activities include:
1. Skills workshops on the individual domains of Psychological Safety and the Leaders Toolkit.
2. One to one coaching to support individual skill development.

He co-authored a chapter of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) Body of Knowledge on Mental Health for Occupational Road Users and has served as a sessional lecturer in Work Health and Safety at Edith Cowan University.
